"Out of stock" refunds

Previously I wrote a review and gave Snatcher a 5 star review. Unfortunately I have to take that back. On my last order there were certain items that was "out of stock" and they asked if I would like a refund or store credit. I opted for a refund and was assured that the money would be in my account in a week.

It's been 2 months now, still nothing. I have communicated with them and my last 2 emails simply went unanswered. More than a month ago, I requested that the amount should rather be credited if they have a problem with refunds. That email was ignored and they didn't even bother to answer me.

Don't EVER ask for a refund, you won't get your money back.

It's such a pity that things like this happen. They have the potential to be a great company. I like their products, but Customer Services sucks.
