Out of stock item refund

I ordered something and waited for delivery, after 7 days, I was told the item was out of stock. After 5 messages and two weeks later I am still waiting for my credit voucher/ refund. I am not happy at all. More so because they keep responding to my emails asking the same questions, which clearly shows they have done NOTHING about my refund
