Out of stock debacle

It seems like it has become a trend where you make a purchase, then yure told one of the items is out of stock. Apparently, that out of stock item will be the main order. As I write this review, my order for 11 March 2021 is still outstanding. At one point, a malfunctioning item was delivered and I returned it and requested another brand. The same brand of training band was delivered and I subsequently returned it. To my surprise, they said I should come to their Honeydew offices to pick up the returned item because I damaged the packaging. I refused to play ball and made a very strong complaint. They said I should top up and get another brand. I paid the top up and now the strategy they are using is silence. Almost a week after my top up payment and submission of top up proof of payment, its total mute from them.
