Out of Stock??

My order was only partially delivered. I sent a mail to find out if the item missing will be shipped seperatly. Received an email back saying that the item is no longer available and that my account will be credited. I rep**** to make sure if the product is definitley out of stock, because it is still showing available on their site. Got answers from them fairly quickly. In the end I accpeted the credit to my account. Still waiting for it .....
