Orders not received

Order 197790 R347.00 not received due to out of stock order 201728 R395.00(50.00 voucher was not taken off) not received waiting for stock from supplier. both orders are exactly the same 2 x solar chime lights. First order was the 22/08/2022. when asked why was my money taken if they knew that the items were out of stock. ( sorry we never knew) to test them i ordered the same thing again!!!! they failed miserably. Just a bunch of ***** and *******!!!!!
