Ordered Items on the 2nd June still not delivered even today(26 June)

I ordered items on the 2nd June, I still did not receive them. The only communication I received was the order was paid still processing. Snatcher are not communicating with their customers. I reached out to them last week Monday they said they will check what happened to my order now its been 7 days no feedback again. The order takes between 7 to 10 days to be delivered not its almost a month waiting for the order.
