Order with missing items

I have been enjoying buying from snatcher until my last order of iphone charger and toilet brush, the order can only with the charger, the brush was not there even today No1 called or emailed to explain, the where about of my brush, then the charger was not what I expected, I wrote to them asking to return No1 answered my email so far, am just stuck with something that I can’t and not knowing what happened to my brush and mind you I paid for those things, am very dissatisfied n disappointed ☹️
