Order still not delivered, almost a month

I ordered items on the 22nd of June and they have not been delivered, it's a one way conversation when you contact the agent of this shop, after complaining I found out that the items I ordered they no longer have and had to change it but no one communicated this until I enquired.

I then was flexible enough to accept the newly suggested item available and still no way forward.

I still haven't received any idea of when will by order be delivered At this point I don't want it anymore, I should have to fight like this .

Please refund my money back, you have officially lost a customer.
