hello Peter,i am utterly disappointed with the service being provided by the above mentioned company,i bought gifts for my kids birthday order# SNT17692 on the Sat, Sep 26, 8:15 AM of which it has already passed on the 10th of October,firstly they changed my delivery address,i had to call them to get this fixed,but still they haven't delivered,i called them again yesterday and they promised to call me back only to send me an email claiming they had tried,of which i never received any missed calls,my attempts to get a refund are fruitless ,they don't want to deliver,they don't want to refund,and there call center staff are not even professional ,THE MONEY THAT I HAVE WASTED ON CALLING THEM IS TOTALING ALMOST R200,THIS IS MONEY I WILL NEVER RECOVER,IF THEY DON'T WANT TO PROVIDE A SERVICE RATHER JUST CLOSE SHOP.
