Order not received!

I still haven't received my order from Snatcher since the 16-01-2023. it is now 09-02-2023 and still nothing. I made numerous enquiries and was informed that the matter will be resolved by the end of the week (03-02-2023). Unfortunately nothing has been done and my order is not being fulfilled. I am so concerned that Snatcher seems to be one of those **** companies. Shoppers, please be aware of this company!
