ORDER NOT RECEIVED

I ordered from the on the 8th of February and today 22 February did not receive my order. I contacted them on 21 February and they told me the one was out of stock but was on the way to the warehouse. Today 22 February I ask again when can I get my order. I was told all the stuff was damaged. I ask the to cancel the order and they told me there will be a handling fee off 15% for cancelling. It was not my fault. I read their Terms and Conditions and nowhere there is anything about cancelling and 15% handling fee. I will not recommend them to anyone
