Order not delivered, not responding to queries

Order placed and paid for on 9 August 2024. The status is still "processing" as at 31 August 2024. All attempts to contact them lead to nowhere. Yet they still send "Miss You" emails with discount voucher codes. I miss my money. I purchased from them in the past but NEVER EVER again.
