Order not delivered

I have bought some items on the 8th August. After emails and online messages to them, I still received no reply as to what happened to my order. I am quite frustrated as I bought something as a gift to a friend who need it desperately!!! To crown it all, they provide a pk hone number but when dialed, the recording said no phone calls allowed!!
