Hi there, I really am not happy with my experience with snatchers, I placed an order on the 23rd of March 2023. I received a note "Sorry, your order amount not matach with payment received amount please contact us using order ID and payment ID..." Tried to call them same time on *** and the voice prompt said I should send an email. I sent an email same time to snatchers I was of the belief that they will respond in 48 hours. I sent a follow up, still no response to this day.
