Order going on to 3mths and still no delivery- RIDICULOUS
This is getting quite ridiculous now. These kids have saved for months and months for these hoverboards. I placed an order 01Jun24 Order # 382517. Almost 3 months later and still nothing. As pilot and friendly Tashriek Rustin is in replying to my emails -- he/she is just repeating the same **** over and over. Just to keep me hopeful and quite (I am assuming). The order status was changed to order has been packaged and waiting for courier to pick up --that was 03Aug....I am still waiting Its now 20Aug. I'm honestly thinking everyone with the same reviews should get together and take legal action....this is totally unacceptable.

21 Aug 2024, 17:17Thank you for your prompt response. I received today comms saying that my order will finally be delivered by Fri after waiting for almost 3mths. I really don't understand why it has to come to this ...whoever is dealing with Hellopeter complaints should move to Snatchers Customer support department handling incoming queries before they are complaints. I'm not sure if you are just understaffed but it is really reflecting badly on the company....Thanks again --now this was top service!
