Order Gary Brown with Tumello interaction

I ordered 2x items 31 Aug and I knew that the delivery time would be tight. It was mý son's birthday 03 September and wrote to Snatcher customer service if they could expedite my order to have delivery in time by 03 September. Tumello client rep responded and advised that the Director of Snatcher drove to the supplier to collect the goods to have it despatched via Courier, this all happened by 31 Aug and I could track progress and saw that it was the local Bloemfontein logistics on 31 August already. Tumello kept me updated all the time and my parcel was delivered 02 September well before my expectations and I was able to see the joy on my son's birthday today, o3 September! Well done Snatcher and team on an awesome client experience
