Order Delays

I ordered 3 items only two of the three items got delivered, when I went to looked at my order it showed order complete. When I send a query I got a message that said I need to wait an additional 10-15 days, since then I didn't get any more detail. I just hope I'm still going to get my goods at this stage. Other than that I'm happy with the items I received all is working fine.
