Order at Snatcher

I order at Snatcher on the 29 of July 2024, Order 392019 , our last communication they said the item that I ordered is out of stock so they will have to reschedule for a refund that was on begging of August we are now on Sept there’s no communication up until now, I have been calling them, sending emails, I even went to their business physical address that appears online in their website, I was told that they have moved, went to the second location given by the security and they said they have not been operating for almost 2 weeks, the only thing that I am asking for is my money or they must cancel the order with Payflex that I have used when I placed an order with them , can this issue be prioritised as it has been outstanding for more than a month. The list that they can do is to give me my money back before I can escalate this issue legally
