I have purchased 2 Bluetooth microphone with them and today marks 11 business working days without my order. When I Tract it it's still on "order in progress". I have sent emails to them countless times and was told they have escalated the matter, but still nothing. Snatcher even threatened to take 15% off my money if ever I want to cancel my order. I am not happy and I wonder if I'd still receive my order from them. Seems like they are making money by ****ming people of heir hard earned money!
