Order 371516 no refund

Order 371516 I ordered a TV in March since then it did not arrive only to be told that a hijacking incident took place they are still doing investigation and that my order is still in process. I waited until May still nothing convincing that they have told only to be told that they will process my refund and that the refund will take 7 to 10 working days. i enquired today after so much waiting they said the are experiencing excessive backlog, what kind of company that doesn't have a threshold of customer refunds, what a waiste of a company vey useless, poor service you will wait until 4 months and still you receive nothing from their side ****** ****mers
