Order #223966 not received from 23/11/2022

Horrible service, no customer service/ satisfaction, you can only email and not call. I ordered a Christmas present on 23/11/2022 Order #223966. I have sent numerous emails requesting when I will receive the item. yesterday I get an email to rate the item I did not receive. pathetic
