I placed an order on the 20th of December 2023. I have still not received my order. I have not received any communication from Snatcher to explain why the delay. Totally unacceptable treatment. Snatcher's phone lines don't work anymore and you must email them regarding your issues. I submitted online communication from their website and still nothing.
