Ongoing nightmare...still waiting for a refund

I ignored the bad reviews about this company and gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking that so long as they delivered my product I'd be okay. Big mistake!

The communication is bad, Customer care is not proactive and you are left in the dark on the status of a process and they're not bothered.

I've been waiting for the last 14 business days for a refund they said would be processed in 7 - 10 business days. Nothing! When you follow up, they say they are sorry and will process it ASAP. No date, no commitment...nothing.

It feels ****my or they are in financial trouble because with all the complaints people have I doubt they are financially viable as a business. The best thing to do is STAY AWAY. I hope this saves someone from the pain I'm going through.
