Once you complete your purchase order you are kept up to date step by step on what happens to your order via email. With my last order something went wrong with my order number. Once I mailed Snatcher with the proof they found my order and mailed me everytime the order went to the next step. My order was delivered within 5 days. Thank you for superb service everytime.
