Once again non exsitant Communications

So here we are again . As you don't respond to emails , I shall log another complaint regarding order #284577 . According to your website the order has been ready for collection by your Courier since June 24 , 2023 . I requested an explanation and up-date as to what is happening here , and true to form no reply . This is the most useless and *********** Company I have ever dealt with . Just a reminder that the matter is still with the Office of the Goods and Services Ombud . J Bergwerff.
