Ok, but aftersales are horrible

Good company overall, can be trusted as I have always gotten my order, but my last order was a disaster. It is very frustrating that you can't call them as only available on email. I emailed them after not receiving my order over 2 weeks. The person said would follow up and never got back to me. A months later and after my 7th email someone eventually phoned me and this seemed to be the only person who was willing to help me. He then informed me after a month of my order that the 1 item I ordered was out of stock although it said instock when ordered. He then kindly got the rest of my items delivered to me. I am now for the last week trying to get a refund from them for the undelivered items that is out of stock. Still waiting to hear from them.
