The quality of your notification system needs looking into. from the time of the purchase I got a message saying something was wrong with my order, which wan't the case. I also on the day of delivery received a message with a link to the post office where is said the delivery was unsuccessful due to me not being at the address, which was false. There was a link that redirected me to the post office website where I was ask to make additional payments with my card details. I tried and received an OTP that didn't work twice. all these bloopers are making your site *************. but that you I did eventually receive my parcel but it was not as per the image displayed on the website. so to some extent my experience was not that pleasent
