Not what l expected

Placed an order with Snatcher and it took alot longer than expected to get delivered ( got 2 orders from takealot delivered in that time period) only to realise that snatcher did not have no stock on 2 items so l asked for a refund on the 2 items, a month later no refund yet as well.
