Not the best online experience. Return policy is onerous and costs you the purchaser

Four of the 5 items I purchased were substandard or not the same as the online product. No I have to pay for the products to be returned to their Honeydew office for inspection then I will get a store credit (no refund). Definitely not my best online experience
