Not that good service this time

I usually have a great experience with Snatcher, but unfortunately not this time. After I ordered, I contacted them numerous times on e-mail (because you can't call them anymore) about delivery date. Then cancelled the order also through the CONTACT US channel on the webpage, twice and didn't get any response. I need the order before we go on holiday as it was holiday stuff that I ordered. It only came days after we already left, now sitting with stuff that I actually can't use. LESSON - don't order if you need it within 14 working days!
