Not reliable and no feedback or communication.

Very very bad experience indeed, made an order in July two items on the order only one was received and I let them know immediately till now no response from them except that they are apologize for the inconvenience they will get back to me with the feedback. Blaming the shipping companies. I'm very angry because that was my son birthday present and now I still don't have it with me.
