NOT REFUNDING MY MONEY

I ordered items from snatcher on the 01/03/2021, it was delivered on the 09/03 but it was defected. They then collected the items on the 17/03 and to date have not refunded my money. They ignore my emails, chat messages and their telephone cuts you off. I want my refund and this is just pathetic service, they are not trustworthy and offer pathetic service delivery!!!!! Kgothatso Motlabane ~ Customer Support Agent that is the agent who arranged for delivery but is ignoring me.
