Not received my order

I am not happy with the service, I bought something (order number SNR***) on the 20th of May 2020 online and I only received the following after three calls and emails:

Our orders take 7-10 working days to be processed and dispatched

You will receive it early next week

I've never received anything. I've been since trying to call and also sent emails, unfortunately, no response. I sent inbox on Facebook again no response.
