Not impressed with BAD service from Snatcher

Never have I ever had such Bad service from Snatcher. I ordered an item and paid for it on Monday 27 June, today 1 July they still have not confirmed nor found my order. I had to go to my bank for proof of payment for them. I couldn't even get into their fastpay payment options, I had to go into my banking app to do the payment. Now they wanna tell me they can't find my order. How long does it take for money to reflect in their account. Normally I would order and get my stuff within a day or two, not a week.
