Not impressed at all!!!!!!

Waited long for my order and when I received it, there were items not included. They informed me on one item that they could not get anymore and I had an option to receive a voucher or refund. Have send that require refund and enquired about the other item that were outstanding. Do not receive any feedback from them, this is unexceptable to not deliver on what paid for and not to communicate with me. Not impressed at all!!!!!!
