Not happy with Snatcher, they take long to deliver, false advertising and can't keep their word

Not happy with Snatcher, they take long to deliver, false advertising and can't keep their word. It was my first time using them I will never buy anything from them ever, they billed me for an item that's was available then two days prior to my order being shipped I got an email saying the item was sold out.I am still waiting for my refund and they are yet to collect the item they delivered which is not what I ordered
