Not happy with quality of items supp****

Have overall not been impressed by the quality of the products received; 1. bought a windscreen driving camera - item delivered did not work so returned it. Was then advised that the potential replacement did not work either so I was given a credit not a refund. problem with a credit it that to use the credit I must pay delivery charge on the new item which reduces the actual value of the credit. 2. bought an air mouse / keyboard combo for my android box - only works when it is plugged to power as the battery (not changeable) goes flat overnight so it it not really usable - did not bother to return that! 3. Saw a neat LED light / mosquito killer combo and what attracted me was the ability to switch off the light part and leave the mozzie killer live - item delivered does not have the promised light switch so you can only use the mozzie killer with a 15 amp LED shining brightly - not what I was aiming for - I have not bother to return that as it is a small item. WhenI can find something to but with my credit, I will do so, but after that it is bye-bye Snatcher!!!
