Not happy at all with the service that I received from snatcher, i had ordered 3 items, at first only item arrived 3weeks later then i was notified that the other 2 were on their way and then 2weeks later the other one arrived after numerous follow ups

Not happy at all with the service that I received from snatcher, i had ordered 3 items, at first only item arrived 3weeks later then i was notified that the other 2 were on their way and then 2weeks later the other one arrived after numerous follow ups. Then i was told that the 3rd item is out of stock, still waiting for the refund for over a month now and I’ve followed up so many times. I’m annoyed now
