Not happy at all

Ordered just before Christmas on the 22nd of December which did cause a delay, this is understandable. On the 4th of January they only informed me that one item is no longer in stock to which I requested a refund on that item. When the parcel arrived the items did not match to the items ordered. After a long back and forth I got a reply that the items were sent from the supplier incorrectly and that I will get store credit for the difference which I don't want but have to accept. Then my refund is still not processed. You are very fast to take my money but take for ever to deliver and to give my refund. Then to contact you is an absolute nightmare. The landline doesn't work and if you send an email you only receive an email back the next day. I am very disappointed with the service I received.
