NOT HAPPY 30

I bought a number of items from snatcher, paid full amount but on delivery 1. one of the items was not in the box, 2. they send me the wrong staff and some of them don't even work. 3. I have returned on of the items that was different from what I have ordered and still waiting for them to come collect the other item (kids tracker smart watch) that doesn't work. I don't even know if I will ever get my money back or I have been ****med.
