Not entirely happy

My recent purchase was not very pleasant, I waited a whole month to receive my order only after contacting the company to inquire why everything is taking so long I was informed that they were waiting on a certain product to complete my order. Upon receiving my order it was incomplete and I had to contact them again only to get a reply 3 days later. I have been purchasing from Snatcher for some time now and this is the first time I've been unhappy with my purchase, they did however undertook to refund me.
