Not delivering on product.............and promise

H, I order something online and was told delivery is 5-7 days,I cant track the order, and I sent an email Monday asking status, but no-one rep****. I phoned now, and was told the order has not even been received from supplier and was only going to receive early next week. I need product by Friday, another problem is that I gave my work address, and only here during the week. I spoke to Lebogang and she said that she will get back to me. I am really concerned. She said that delivery is between 7-10 days, that is not what your policy says. I chat online also with no answer, sent email, did online enquiry, and I am still waiting on agent to phone back! Damn.....Hope this review will get their attention!!!
