Not bad, not great.

Some products are priced fairly and most are as described. The customer service responds promptly when enquiring. The delivery time however, was way longer than expected. The communication around your shipping is not up to date or accurate and the tracking service is not very good.

Not a bad place to buy from if you don't need the item urgently or by any specific date. But I prefer to order from elsewhere if possible, my international order arrived sooner and more conveniently than my Snatcher order did.
