Not all items was delivered

I was so excited to receive my order today but when I opened the box tonight I was so disappointed because I only received part of the order. The worst part is that it is the most expensive item that was not delivered. I I did send a message via the contact us on their website. I honestly hope that this will be corrected ASAP
