non refund

i still have not received my refund from Snatcher ,what can i do next ,i have sent an email to Consumer Protection - Legal Aid South Africa,im waiting for feed back. I have also contacted my lawyer for advise and waiting feedback

Since 3 weeks ago what's taking so long..this is very unprofessional of your company .u rather have many complains and bad name instead of just sending my money back..im still looking for other platforms to tarnish ur name..I will not let this go until I'm satisfied with the result..i will send email to your company every day..and I will not rest until my money is paid..what a nonsense company..bad bad service u ***** ppls money..well not mine..even if u don't back it back you will loose clients I swear
