Non payment of refund - Don’t buy

I ordered a hover board on 16 March 2024. My 6 year old used it 3 times & was defective. Returned it. Was told 7 - 10 days for refund. It’s been a month & I have been told countless times that it’s been escalated to accounts. I don’t want escalations, I want payments!!! My consumer rights are being violated here & you are busy earning daily interest on money that should be paid out!! Your ********* business practices is terrible!! I have reported you to the Ombudsman. You guys have the audacity to have an automated voice recording that you no longer take telephone calls.

I had read the terrible reviews about you, but wanted to give you a chance. New clients shouldn’t even consider you. Even with the amazing prices, your aftercare service is non-existent. You should be fined & not allowed to operate in SA. You are giving E-commerce a bad name!!!

You are a snatcher - you take people’s money & you are unapologetic about that!!

It’s 01 June 2023 & I’m still waiting.
