Non Payment of Refund

its been 8 days since Snatcher last commitment to processing refund and more than 90 days since order (315032) was returned and refund was requested. No promise or commitment of was fulfilled by Shaun or the finance section as always mentioned. What a bad experience and inconvenience on my side.
