Non payment of refund

11 days after ordering and paying for an item from Snatcher Online I was advised that the item was out of stock and that a refund would be processed on receipt of my banking details. These were provided and on 25 July receipt thereof was confirmed and the refund promised within 7 days.

It is now 26 September and, despite numerous e-mails and excuses from Snatcher, my refund has still not been credited to my account.

Neither myself nor any member of my family will purchase goods from this source in the future. This company does not even deserve the '1' rating!
