Non-Existent Customer Service from Snatcher!

Snatcher should not even have the privilege of 1 out of 5 stars but unfortunately I needed to give a rating. I placed my order on the 11th of May, followed up on order status 30th May (was told awaiting stock from suppliers) and then June 21st when I went to see if there had been any updates, boom, order cancelled. I didn't even received a email or SMS informing me that the order was cancelled. It then took for me, as the customer to send an email enquiring this only to be told they cant get stock anymore. I am sure, based on the other reviews I have read, I will now need to wait 2 months + to get my money back.
