no updated on my order or email response

I don't understand how can people put on good ratings of this company when it is all lies I can get reviews from my friends and family that is what they do to keep the rating up, I have been sending messages on my order used my work email and my email and not one response or updated on my order, but do not understand how do people put on they have been updated of their order and then they, please guys,
